Board of Trustees

The Board exercises the functions of the trustees of ACORD, controlling the work of the organisation. The composition of the board reflects the fact that ACORD is an Africa-led international alliance. The board usually meets twice a year and in addition has teleconferences as and when required. The Board is assisted by three sub-committees on Governance, Finance & Human Resource Management, and Programming & Funding.
